On grounds inhabited by Ancient Greeks and Romans, Venetians and Franks, you will find at present vineyards, a four-villa retreat and a living museum, all born from the shared vision of two passionate individuals who cherish the art of winemaking and delight in sharing the enchantment of their estate.

Adding to its allure, the historic Karystian castle Castello Rosso proudly stands atop of Montofoli serving as a graceful testament to the region's rich heritage drawing travelers to experience the magic of Montofoli in the present day.

    Relax by our outdoor swimming pool and take in the undisturbed view of the sea and mountain. Open between June 1st and September 30th from 9.00 to 20.00

    You can let us know if you will need a high chair for your child in your villa
  • Parking Area
    There is a parking space of one car for each villa inside the estate gates
  • Pool Sunbeds
    There are sunbeds available at the pool site where you can lay your pool towels and enjoy the sun

    You will find a safe deposit box in each villa for your valuables
  • Swimming Pool Towels
    You will find pool towels in your villa for our fresh water swimming pool, not to be used at the beach
