"Amfithea," a name derived from ancient Greek, 'amphi' and 'thea', signifies panoramic views from all directions in modern Greek. The Amfithea Pool Villa stands as the most contemporary residence in the cluster, featuring its private pool and expansive verandas overlooking the west and south.
Upon entering from the pool area, the villa reveals the living area with a comfortable seating arrangement and a flat-screen TV, seamlessly connected to a fully equipped open kitchen. Large windows unveil two expansive verandas furnished with outdoor seating and dining arrangements, leading to the private swimming pool constructed in 2024, offering uninterrupted views of the vineyard and the entire bay of Karystos, perfect for relishing unforgettable sunsets.
Accommodation is conveniently located on the same level. A double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and shower opens onto the 50sqm south-facing veranda, offering breathtaking sea views. Additionally, the twin bedroom with an ensuite bathroom with shower includes a "secret" loft space accessed by three steps, featuring a large single bed. This twin bedroom also benefits from a separate villa entrance leading to the main level of the parking area, ensuring utmost convenience for guests.

The South veranda of 50sqm is furnished with a sofa and two loungers to enjoy exquisite undisturbed views of the bay of Karystos.
The West veranda of 32sqm is furnished a fer forge table for 6 and leads to the villa’s swimming pool located on the same level.
The private pool is located on the same level as the villa and offers six sunbeds and uninterrupted views of the vineyard and the entire bay of Karystos.
The villa’s designated parking for one car is conveniently located in the same level.
