Panoramic Villa Marianna carries the name of Marianne Larsson-Syren, who with her husband Pavlos Karacostas restored Montofoli Wine Estate to its present glory.

The villa offers beautiful panoramic views in all directions fromt its South and West verandas.

Upon entering from the West, the villa reveals the living area with a comfortable seating arrangement and a flat-screen TV, seamlessly connected to a fully equipped open kitchen. Large windows unveil a large veranda furnished with outdoor seating and a dining terrace with fer forfge furniture offering uninterrupted views of the vineyard and the entire bay of Karystos, perfect for relishing unforgettable sunsets.

Accommodation is conveniently located on the same level. A double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom with shower opens onto the 50sqm south-facing veranda, offering breathtaking sea views. Additionally, the twin bedroom with an ensuite bathroom with shower includes a "secret" loft space accessed by three steps, featuring a large single bed. This twin bedroom also benefits from a separate villa entrance leading to the main level of the parking area, ensuring utmost convenience for guests.

Outdoor
The South veranda of 50sqm is furnished with a sofa and two loungers to enjoy exquisite undisturbed views of the bay of Karystos.
The West veranda of 32sqm is furnished with a fer forge table for 6 conveneintly located right outside the kitchen.

The villa’s designated parking for one car is conveniently located on the same level.
